Refund and Returns Policy – Brown Bake

A Minimum order of Rs 400 is required.


General Return Condition

  • 1. In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
  • 2. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  • 3. Has missing part order
  • 4. Is different from what was ordered
  • 5. Should be informed within 6hrs post-delivery to brown bake team
  • 6. Categories marked as “non-returnable” cannot be returned, view the list above.
  • 7. All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags & barcode, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you and shouldn’t be opened or used.
  • 8. Replacement is available based on seller’s decision, if the seller don’t have the stock or replacement is not possible, then customer’s would be refunded.

Return Acceptance Condition

  • 1. Wrong Order
  • 2. Wrong Product
  • 3. Product doesn’t matches with the information shown on website
  • 4. Damaged Shipment / Return in Case of Tampered Packaging – Customer should take pictures and share it with us within the above given time frame.

Return Process

  • 1. Should be informed within 6hrs post-delivery to brown bake team
  • 2. On receiving the request the seller would review, speak to customer (if required ) and accept or reject based on case of request
  • 3. On Return Approval – Return process would start and pickup request would be generated.
  • 4. On receiving the product at seller’s warehouse the seller would again verify the product and approve/reject.

Return Rejection

  • 1. If product original packaging have been opened
  • 2. If the product have been opened
  • 3. If product is used
  • 4. If the product is damaged due to poor handling by customer
  • 5. If the product have been replaced with some other product while returning


  • 1. After the return is accepted the refund is processed within 5 to 10 working days.
  • 2. Refunds above Rs 15,000 can take upto 10 to 15 days to process it.
  • 3. Refund would be made directly to customer’s Bank Account or original payment method
